Before she decided to pursue yoga as a full time career, Master Teacher Suzie Kellett spent 13 years as a police officer, specialising for 8 years as a crime scene investigator. The consistent exposure to traumatic events took a physical, physiological and psychological toll and eventually led to a diagnosis of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and anxiety along with gastro oesophageal reflux disease (GORD). In 2014 Suzie medically retired and started to fully dedicate herself to teaching yoga.

Since then, Suzie has undergone a great deal of study and practice with teachers from all around the world and is the healthiest and happiest she’s ever been. Her deep dedication to her craft, her wealth of wisdom and her engaging and joyous teaching style make Suzie a much loved part of our teacher training team here at Flex. As a as a seasoned E-RYT-500 yoga teacher, a yoga therapist, a mindfulness coach and a student of Zen Buddhism she delivers highest quality trainings to her students.

Luke Edmiston started consistently practicing yoga in 2016. He initially came for the deep stretches, which helped him stay flexible in his high intensity training routine as a martial artist and personal trainer. With so many other Yang style activities in his life, Yin Yoga quickly became his preference, as it is able to bring balance, healing and longevity to his body and mind.

It is Luke’s firm belief that Yin has an essential role in cultivating awareness, mindfulness, softness, and stillness - a super power that adds to his overall energy, mobility and strength.

As a teacher, Luke is a real allrounder: He holds Certificates III & IV in Fitness and is a 500 Hour Accredited Yoga Teacher. He works as a Martial Arts Coach for Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing and Brazilian Jiujitsu, and has 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and 5 years of experience teaching yoga as owner/operator of his own business, Zest for your Life.

It is Luke’s mission to share with you the joy and wisdom that he has experienced through practicing and performing so many different disciplines, challenging himself mentally and physically to achieve things he never knew were possible.
