I moved to Flex from another studio after wanting to advance my yoga practice. Since then I have not looked back. Flex has provided me with consistently challenging practices and guided me through improving my technique, strength and flexibility immensely. I love that the studio nurtures both the physical and mental aspects of yoga. More importantly, it delivers this through teachers who are passionate, professional and knowledgeable. The cultivating environment at Flex means that attending my practices is a part of my day that I always look forward to with enthusiasm!
I’ve practiced yoga off an on for many years. Over 6yrs ago I thought I’d try Flex Hot Yoga not knowing what to expect. After my first class I knew I’d found the right yoga studio for me. Flex has always had the highest calibre of instructors in my opinion. They each bring their own unique nuances to class and continually offer up interesting and challenging classes with something for every level of practitioner.
I had severe depression and anxiety when I first started my yoga journey. Within 3 months I stopped smoking and became mentally and physically happy. From day one at Flex it felt so inviting and loving. I’m currently completing my yoga teacher training and extremely excited and grateful to go to my next stage of life.
I’ve been a Flex member for a year and in that time I have not only lost weight, increased muscle mass and tone and feel great, it’s also given me a new mindset which is so refreshing. The classes and instructors are first class, with lots of energy, humour and fun injected into classes. Highly recommend it.
I was new to yoga when I started at Flex 3 years ago. I have never felt stronger or more flexible and I always leave the studio with a calm and positive mindset. It’s a pleasure to walk into the studio, amidst a warm community of fellow yogis. Each teacher offers something different, always passionate to share their knowledge.
