Back by popular demand, this 2-hour sound immersion yoga practice is an opportunity for you to tune into your personal vibration and connect with the energy centres within, your chakra system. In doing this, awareness and clarity grows in the body-mind and a sense of deep presence with yourself is felt.
Krissi will guide and support you through this process with the ancient, sacred sounds of the chakras, known as Bijas. Within this wonderfully immersive soundscape, each posture aligns to open up each of the 7 main chakras of the energy body.
Tune into yourself whilst listening to sounds and feeling the vibrations from the medicine drum, didgeridoo, singing bowls, chimes, rattles, flute, sansula, voice, guitar, harp and more. This practice has the ability to assist a deep healing experience and transformation. We will serve homemade chai and treats afterwards to relax and share our experience.
