40 Days to Personal Revolution


This upcoming program is based on Baron Baptiste's best selling book, “40 Days to Personal Revolution.” Join us for a transformation towards your best body, mental state and spiritual awareness.

There are 6 yoga practices per week (yoga studio and home), one or two daily meditations, dietary considerations and a weekly gathering, led by Flex’ creator James Mantra Schultz and Cameron Brown.

Weekly transformative themes are explored: presence, vitality, equanimity, restoration, centering and triumph.

This is a commitment to step out of your comfort zone and apply yourself to a daily yoga practice.
