Flex Hot Yoga Class Timetables






            • Classes run 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
            • All classes are suitable for beginners and are mixed level.

New Students: Please arrive 20 minutes before class for registration. Bookings are not required. Regular Students: Please arrive 15 minutes before class to Scan AND Sign In. We start on time and there is no late entry to class. Doors are locked before class to secure everyone’s valuables.

Regular practice is the key to success!

            • 3 yoga practices in a week will change your body.
            • 6 yoga practices in a week will change your life!
            • Flex Hot Yoga recommends a minimum of 3 yoga practices every week to produce the results you desire.

What do I need to bring?

Bring your towel, water and yoga mat. These are always available in the studio for $2.50 each. Kindly leave all personal belongings in change rooms or your car. This includes shoes, mobile phone, purse, keys, etc. If you have any question please be in touch with our friendly team by contacting us.
